Check with your office to see if they have purchased a table(s) and add your name to their list!

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS will be collected now until December 5th!
Please include a description of the item that includes the value and who donated the item (or business card).

SILENT AUCTION: NEW format! This year the silent auction will be held on the Give Grove App! This will allow you to bid on the silent auction items from anywhere! Download the app today! The silent auction preview will open Monday, December 16th and bidding will begin Thursday, December 19th at 10 am. The silent auction will close at 2pm.

LIVE AUCTION Only! Please bring in your items or drop-off larger Donated Auction Items at the Matterhorn’s EAST DOOR for curbside drop off! Please include a description of the item that includes the value and who donated the item (or business card).

Holiday Auction Funds to Support: Elkhart & Goshen Salvation Army and Elkhart County Council on Aging.

The Salvation Army: Elkhart & Goshen both provide direct assistance programs to those who are in need in our local communities. They provide clothing referrals, food, utilities help, home-delivered meals, community Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas assistance and Adopt-a-Family. The money raised at the Auction supports those in need in Elkhart County.

Elkhart County Council on Aging: (COA) is an organization committed to enhancing the quality of life and dignity for older adults in our community. COA serves 16 townships in Elkhart County and supports seniors through a variety of services such as transportation, in-home care and life enrichment programs that allow seniors to live an independent lifestyle. COA has seen 8 consecutive years of growth in service output. COA receives approx. 54% of their funding from state and federal programs but the rest is raised through local donors both individual and business.
