Property Access Solutions For Approved Affiliates
The Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® offers Key Service access to eligible Affiliate members whose professional roles require entry into listed properties. This service is a valuable tool for professionals such as inspectors, appraisers, and real estate photographers who support transactions and need secure access to homes.
Affiliates using the Key Service can access lockboxes during scheduled appointments to improves efficiency and service for all parties involved.

Key Service is available to Affiliate members who need access to listed properties.

Key Service Access Requirements
The application process is simple, and our staff is available to help you every step of the way.
- Must be an Affiliate Member of ECBOR
- Submit a completed Key Service application
- Provide proof of current liability insurance
- Sign all required agreements and documentation
- Pay any applicable Key Service fees
How to Apply
All paperwork must be completed and fees paid before access will be granted. Once approved, you will be able to schedule property visits in coordination with listing agents.

Supra System Overview
ECBOR uses the Supra Lock Box System and eKey Pro App. Instructions for using the lockboxes and eKey app will be provided upon approval. Training is available upon request.
