IRMLS Data Feeds Available
IDX Data Feed
Available to MLS Participants and their agents (with broker permission), this feed supports public property searches on websites.
Includes: Non-confidential data; all property classes, Active/Pending/Sold Statuses, Agent & Office Resource, Media, Open Houses, Media and Broker Tours.
Smart Framing
IRMLS offers “rDesk”, a smart frame solution that is easy to embed in a member’s website. Once added; the public can search property listings using a Map search or a List Search. Links to My Listings or My Office Listings can also be added.
Includes: Non-confidential data, Active/Pending/Sold statues and all property classes. Requires an IDX License Agreement and payment of fees.
Broker Back Office Feed
Data License and payment of fees required. Remove Available with Broker and IRMLS approval.
Includes: Varies based on License Agreement. May include all non-confidential data, all property classes, agents, offices, media, and tours.
Brokerage Data Feed
Allows MLS Participants to access only their own office listing data for internal use or brokerage tools.
Includes: All statuses, all property classes, office listings, media, hotsheets, and tours.
VOW Feed (Virtual Office Website)
For online brokerages providing secure, client-facing portals. Participants must comply with VOW rules set by NAR and IRMLS.
Includes: All statuses, all property classes, all fields, agents, offices, media, open houses, hotsheets, and broker tours.

Smart Frame
- Setup Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
- Annual Fee: $100 (prorated based on application date)
RETS Feed

- Setup Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
- Annual Fee: $250 (prorated)
Additional RETS Feed
- Setup Fee:
- $0 if the Vendor already has an IRMLS account
- $250 if the Vendor does not have an IRMLS account
- Annual Fee: $100 (prorated)
WEB API – OPEN MLS

Service Vendors
A Data License & Fees are required for Vendors who want to offer their services to IRMLS members.
Fees vary based on:
- Delivery method (RETS or Web API)
- Number of licenses needed
- 1-25 Licenses – $1,000 annual fee
- 26+ Licenses – $2,000
- Annual Set Up Fee: $250.00

Request an IRMLS Data Feed
Who Can Apply?
- MLS Participants (Managing Brokers) who belong to one of IRMLS’s 13 Local Member Boards.
- Agents with written permission from their Participant.
- Vendors working on behalf of an IRMLS Participant/Subscriber or providing services to IRMLS members.
Process for Establishing a Data Account
- Contact IRMLS at idx@irmls.net or call 574-651-7868 to begin the request.
- Request Data License: IRMLS will email required documents and Invoice within 72 business hours.
- Submit Documents & Payment: IRMLS will process your request within 48 business hours after receiving completed documentation and payment.
- Compliance Audit: IRMLS must be notified when the IDX site is ready for a compliance audit. The site must past the audit before it can be made available to the public.
Approval: IRMLS will provide written notification once site is in compliance with IDX policy and can be launched to the public.
The Indiana Regional MLS (IRMLS) manages all MLS Data Licensing for it’s 13 member boards. IRMLS Participants and their agents can request a data license by contact the IDX Department. IRMLS will provide the appropriate information and pricing. Note; agents may request IRMLS data with written permission form their Participant.
Members are responsible for completing the data license documents, paying appropriate fees and adhering to all Data display rules. NOTE: Open MLS WebAPI also includes vendor fees.
IRMLS is responsible for processing data licenses, setting up RETS or API access , issuing login credentials and performing a compliance audit.
Note: The IRMLS Data License was last updated in October 2024.
The IDX Department is not able to provide technical support or instruction on using RETS or Open MLS WEBAPI. All technical questions should be directed to the ICE Vendor site.
