ECBOR provides access to many different educational opportunities for members.
NAR Code Of Ethics and Fair Housing Training
REALTOR® members must complete Code of Ethics and Fair Housing Training every 3 years. Current Cycle ends Dec. 31, 2027. New Members must complete the New Member Code of Ethics Training and Fair Housing as part of New Member Orientation.
IAR Member Benefit CE
IAR’s Member Benefit CE program offers a convenient, no-cost way to complete your required continuing education online, helping you stay compliant with state licensing requirements while saving time and money.
IAR offers members free Online CE courses designed to make it easy and affordable for members to obtain their required CE credits.
CE Shop Classes
ECBOR has partnered with the CE Shop to provide educational opportunities from Con Ed to Pre-licensing courses in Indiana and other states.

C2EX
C2EX develops and enhances competencies demonstrating a REALTOR’s® ongoing commitment to ethical conduct, advocacy for property rights, proficiency in emerging technologies, responsible data privacy practices, and superior customer service.
By participating in C2EX, REALTORS® engage in real-world scenarios, industry-relevant assessments, and customized learning paths that promote continuous growth. The program goes beyond required training; it’s a proactive step toward leadership and excellence in every aspect of real estate.
Completion of NAR’s C2EC course may meet NAR’s Code of Ethics training requirement.
