MLS Training
Learn How to Navigate The MLS With Confidence
Why MLS Training Is Required
Access to the MLS is a privilege that comes with responsibility. Training is required for any member who will be entering listings, managing client data, or using MLS-connected tools such as Supra lockboxes or ShowingTime.
MLS access will only be granted after completion of the required training. This training ensures that:
- You understand how to use the MLS platform efficiently
- You comply with MLS rules, regulations, and listing procedures
- You can provide accurate, timely, and professional service to your clients
- You’re equipped to make the most of integrated tools and services
What MLS Training Covers
The MLS training program is designed to be comprehensive yet easy to follow. Training is updated regularly to reflect system enhancements and changes in policy. It includes instruction on:
- Logging into and navigating the IRMLS platform
- Adding and managing property listings
- Searching listings using advanced filters
- Understanding data fields and listing statuses
- Utilizing tools such as Supra eKey, ShowingTime, FOREWARN, and Property Panorama
- Avoiding common violations and ensuring compliance with listing policies

After Training Is Complete: What’s Next?
Ongoing support is available from the ECBOR staff and the IRMLS help desk for any technical or policy-related questions.
Once training is completed, your MLS access will be activated, and you’ll receive credentials for logging in. You’ll also gain access to:
- Supra key and lockbox tools
- ShowingTime scheduling services
- Client management features and report generation
- IDX integration options (if requested and approved)
